Who is Lucian? #

Hi there, my name is Lucian Rosu and I’m a tech leader. I live in Bucharest, 🇷🇴.

I like building distributed systems and large-scale services, having a bias for reliability engineering. Supply chain security and software composition analysis are where I used to spend my focus. Currently I support the scaling of a GenAI platform: unifying multi-model inference, RAG, and agent orchestration across the organization behind a single pane of glass that is safe, reliable, and cost-effective.

Besides engineering, I am spending my time cooking, biking, teaching, and, sometimes, troublemaking.
